1-1 Personal Training

With my personal training services, you will get a weekly 1-1 session with myself tailored to your goals and training requirements. We will use this session to discuss your progress, work hard, learn about training and nutrition and most importantly, have a laugh! I will also provide you with weekly check in sheets, nutrition, sleep and supplementation information. A yearly tracker and planner and of course, a personalized training program to do outside of our session. All 1-1 in person sessions i offer at  Thrive Personal Training studios, so if in person personal training is something that appeals to you then contact me to discuss more and I'll book you in for a FREE consultation.

Online Coaching

If you're someone who is keen to work with me but prefers an online approach or can't make it to the studio for location reasons then my online coaching services will be perfect for you. You will get all the resources I would provide to my 1-1 in person clients alongside a weekly feedback video check in analyzing your nutrition, training and health data you've collected across the week. In the video check in I will also outline your targets for the following week and you'll be able to reach out to me via whatsapp message to discuss any questions you may have.
